Construction of a 49kW solar system.
Challenge
The roof was full of with mechanical outlets, the elements had to be designed and connected in a way that the energy production was not affected.
Chosen product for the project
We have decided to use Ascent South mounting system due to its outstanding technical features:

- Thanks to its rail layout, it can be adapted to the dimensions of the panel to create a lightweight solar panel system.
- Adaptation to variable panel sizes: panel length: up to 2350 mm, width: up to 990-1134 mm, panel thickness: up to 28-46 mm.
- It can be installed on all types of roof coverings: concrete, bitumen, or even PVC/TPO.
- The basic equipment has a fixed 10° inclination angle, and an extra 5% highlighting module can be added.
- Technical properties of the support structure:
- Main elements: aluminum (AL6005-T5)
- Connecting elements: stainless steel (A2/SUS 304)
- Roof covering protection: 5 mm thick, EPDM rubber building protection is provided.
- Simple and quick installation: Thanks to its click-on installation technique and light aluminum structure system can be assembled by one person.
- Outstanding warranty: we provide a 5-year warranty for the installation and 12 years for the support structure.
- Depending on the type of solar panel chosen, the warranty varies individually (typically from 12 to 30 years).
